Qualifications

• Experience in supporting individuals or customer-focused work.
• In-date Enhanced DBS is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills (Outlook and Word).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with residents and partners.
• Support day-to-day running of accommodation and service delivery.
• Assist residents with move-in and settling in.
• Develop and review individual support plans promoting independence.
• Write and review risk assessments.
• Manage caseload with consistent, person-centred support.
• Help residents build life skills and prepare for move-on.
• Lead or support group activities to promote wellbeing.
• Maintain records and safeguarding compliance.
