Job summary

Hightown Housing Association Ltd seeks a dedicated Support Worker for Young People's Housing Services in Hemel Hempstead. The role is full time (37.5 hours) offering £26,853 per year, to help young people gain independence and build futures in an inclusive environment.

You will build compassionate relationships, provide trauma-informed support, and maintain detailed records while following person-centred plans.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle for business use.
• Commit to starting a Level 4 or equivalent Children, Young People & Families Practitioner Workforce Diploma within one year of joining.
• Must sign up to the DBS Update Service.
• Able to work a 25-hour rota, including weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins (sleep-ins paid at £52.78).

Responsibilities
