Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker for an Oxfordshire-based site supporting 16-17-year-olds in high-support accommodation. The role involves empowering residents to develop independence skills and prepare for adulthood and tenancy readiness.

Shifts run 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM on a 3-month initial full-time contract. Candidates must have proven experience with vulnerable young people and full right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting young people in community or supported housing.
• Experience with care leavers or vulnerable adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide young people in developing daily living skills.
• Support engagement in education, employment, and training (EET).
• Prepare residents for independent living and tenancy readiness.
• Provide structured care in high-support residential settings.
