Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is offering a Band 4 Youth Support Worker within the CAMHS Community Crisis Care Service. You will provide emotional and practical support to young people in crisis, assist with assessments, and deliver therapeutic activities across home, community, and clinical settings.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, maintain records, and support transitions back to school and home, with intensive recovery-focused care
