Job summary

Nova Care Group is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help young people through crisis, complexity and the moments when others may walk away. Our 4 on 4 off pattern supports rest and the ability to travel across the North East.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000–£32,000 with shift enhancements, enhanced annual leave, private healthcare, team bonuses and fully funded Level 3 and 4 NVQ qualifications. Career progression and a pension scheme are also available.

Qualifications

• Fully flexible and able to work and travel across the North East
• In possession of a Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
• Experience working with young people is helpful, but not essential
