Nova Care Group in the North East is hiring Support Workers to help young people through crisis and complexity. You will stay calm, set clear boundaries, and build trust to understand what a young person may be experiencing.

You’ll work across 12-hour shifts in a demanding yet rewarding environment, with a 4 on 4 off pattern, enhanced leave, private healthcare, and funded NVQ qualifications, plus career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in demanding environments such as care, education, prison service, police, emergency services, armed forces, security, hospitality, retail.
• Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and be flexible across the North East.

• Set clear boundaries and build trust beyond behaviour to understand underlying experiences.
• Manage challenging conversations and progress at a pace that can feel slow but meaningful.
