A leading organization in social care is seeking Crisis Support Workers to assist vulnerable children and young people. You will provide essential support, engage emotionally, and ensure safety and personal care. Training will be offered to those who may lack experience but possess the desired qualities, including flexibility and a caring personality.
At Paragon Social Care, we support vulnerable and challenging children and young people who are looked after by the council and are between longer term placements. We step in during these critical times of transition and supply wrap around, 24/7 packages of support. These support packages include a staffing ratio of 1:1 up to a maximum of 6:1 depending on the individual needs of each young person.
Our support packages can be based anywhere in the UK, staff must be flexible with travel for this reason. This job therefore suits those who don't have large commitments at home, you have the ability to fit this role around your current lifestyle with flexible working hours.

This is a flexible contract with hourly rates between £17.50 and £28 per hour
