Join Paragon Social Care: Supporting Vulnerable Young People in Transition

At Paragon Social Care, we are committed to providing vital support to vulnerable children and young people who are looked after by local councils and find themselves in between long-term placements. During these critical transition periods, we offer 24/7 wrap-around care packages until a more permanent solution is found. Our staffing ratios start at 1:1 and can go up to 6:1, depending on the specific needs of each young person.

Your Responsibilities:

· Ensure the young person’s safety and well-being at all times

· Build meaningful emotional connections with the young person

· Support the young person with personal care tasks

· Organize and take the young person on activities and outings

· Assist with transportation to meetings, school, appointments, etc.

· Prepare meals and ensure the young person’s nutritional needs are met
