Job summary

SPACE is a charity delivering youth work across South Devon and Newton Abbot. We are seeking a Youth Support Worker for 7 hours per week, including 2 evenings, in a permanent role. The position supports street-based youth work and our centre-based activities, with training provided and a chance to grow professionally.

You will join a committed team, work evenings, and help deliver high-quality youth work while engaging with diverse communities and safeguarding young people.

  • Experience in youth work or similar and commitment to safeguarding.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Youth Support Worker to work in street- based youth work sessions across South Devon and at our youth centre in Newton Abbot. The work will be part-time, permanent, 7 hours per week, and will include working 2 evenings per week, this is likely to include Friday evenings and occasional weekends. Come and join a team of youth workers delivering high quality youth work. Learn new skills - training and support will be provided.
