Job summary

SPACE is a charity delivering youth work across South Devon and Newton Abbot. We are seeking a Youth Support Worker for 7 hours per week, including 2 evenings, in a permanent role. The position supports street-based youth work and our centre-based activities, with training provided and a chance to grow professionally.

You will join a committed team, work evenings, and help deliver high-quality youth work while engaging with diverse communities and safeguarding young people.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth work or similar and commitment to safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support youth work in a variety of settings.
• Be collaborative and a team player.
• Assist in designing and delivering youth work curriculum and programmes.
• Plan, evaluate and evidencing youth work.
