This is an exciting opportunity to join our youth team as a Support Youth Worker where you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the King’s Trust Team Programme at Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service.
Team is a 12-week programme working with 16–25-year-olds who are not in employment, education or training. It is a varied role where you will deliver the programme. Part of the role will be session delivery, supporting young people with work placements, their next steps, a hands‑on community project and helping them with personal challenges that they may face.
You would also attend a 4-day team building residential activity 3 times a year. Building relationships with external agencies to advertise our programme and directly help with the recruitment of young people to the programme.
