Qualifications

• Must be aged 21 or over.
• Desire to work with young people aged 16−25.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Experience managing differing behaviors in children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to young people in care.
• Assist with daily tasks like managing appointments.
• Encourage young people to set and achieve goals.
• Advocate on behalf of young people to ensure their needs are met.
