Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking a Youth Worker to join the Blend Youth Project across multiple sites around the High Peak area. The role supports delivery of youth work programmes, engages young people, and promotes personal and social development.

The post is permanent, 9 hours per week with some evenings and weekends required, and pays £12.75–£13.17 per hour. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth work with diverse groups.
• Ability to engage and motivate young people.
• Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with young people in various settings.
• Contribute to planning, delivery and evaluation of youth work programmes.
• Support with delivery of off-site activities and supervision of trips.
