LLOYD'S REGISTER INTERNATIONAL is seeking a dedicated youth worker to join the Blend Youth Project team. This role involves delivering youth work projects across multiple sites in Chesterfield, promoting personal and social development among young people.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for working with youth, have experience in building positive relationships, and possess necessary qualifications.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young people & helping them reach their potential.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and the ability to motivate others.
• Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in youth work.
• Experience of working with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist with the delivery of youth work projects.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with young people.
• Contribute to planning and delivery of the youth work programme.
• Adhere to Safeguarding and Health & Safety legislation.
