Job summary

Via Westminster Drug Project in West Berkshire is seeking a Young Person's Practitioner to deliver high-quality, person-centred drug and alcohol support to young people and their families. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams and community partners to provide early intervention, harm reduction and access to education, employment and wider health services.

You will play a key role in safeguarding, reducing risk-taking behaviours, and promoting resilience and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and proactive with experience working with young people or in substance misuse services.
• Ability to deliver person-centred, evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.

Responsibilities
