Job summary

Waythrough in London is seeking a Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) Practitioner to support young people affected by drugs and alcohol and to help coordinate recovery planning. The role involves collaborative work with a team across borough services.

You will carry a caseload, conduct key-practice sessions in schools, maintain case records, and deliver group sessions on substance misuse while promoting the service locally.

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of young people, conduct key work sessions, delivering assemblies, parenting workshops and teacher training within schools in the borough
• Updating the case management system with information, conducting assessments, risk assessments and care plans
• Deliver group work sessions on substance misuse
• Manage cases with hidden harm concerns
