Job summary

Invigor Adolescent Care is seeking a Caprice Residential Care Worker to support children and young people up to 17 in Atherton. You will build positive relationships, assist with daily living, and participate in a range of home activities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to build positive relationships with young people.
• Willingness to participate in full training and ongoing development.
• Flexibility to work a rolling five week rota and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with the young people in care.
• Engage in a range of activities with the home team.
• Support day-to-day living tasks (housekeeping, cooking, cleaning).
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate emotional resilience.
• Complete paperwork and reports; full training provided.
