Job summary

The role requires a UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and a compassionate, patient and resilient approach to childcare. A 48-hour shift pattern includes sleep-ins and paid breaks, with extensive induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in care, education, mental health support or youth activities is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Support your young person with emotional regulation, daily routines and personal development.
• Keep detailed records and promote safeguarding at all times.
• Support activities, education access, engagement and household responsibilities.
