Job summary

NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a Juvenile Justice Community Worker in Lawrence, MA to support youth in the DYS Community Services Network. You will engage in home visits, coordinate transportation, and plan recreational activities while working closely with caseworkers to promote successful reunification.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience working with youth in direct care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform home visits and transportation to appointments.
• Plan and execute recreational activities for youth.
• Support youth in reunification with families and community resources.
• Coordinate with DYSCasework team to monitor progress.
