You will oversee staff and youth, executing the daily program plan and delivering comprehensive interventions in a structured environment. The role emphasizes ISPs development, safety, teamwork, and youth goal- identification within a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field is required.
• At least two years experience with the population.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for staff and youth.
• Supervise direct care staff ensuring policies are adhered to and expectations are met.
• Ensure safety and security, including security checks.
• Assist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
• Promote teamwork among staff and youth, fostering a supportive environment.
• Help youth identify goals and interests.
• Cultivate a positive program environment.
• Assign and lead daily group activities.
• Serve as an advocate and role model for youth.

Overview:
