• Experience mentoring or supporting learners in a school or community setting
• Trauma-informed approach to support wellbeing and behaviour
• Willingness to travel to students at home or in community locations

Responsibilities

• Build trust and meet students where they are to deliver 1:1 sessions focusing on confidence, emotional regulation and self-esteem
• Deliver low-pressure activities to re-ignite learning and accompany students to interviews or placements
• Collaborate with parents, schools and agencies to support attendance and progression
