Job summary

Oasis Hull is seeking a Youth Worker to run a ready-made transition youth group for year 6 and 7 and to develop activities for older youths. The role involves engaging with young people, supporting volunteers, and helping shape new youth work areas to reflect local needs and Oasis values.

Qualifications

• Qualified in youth work or related field
• Experience supporting youths and clubs
• Ability to reflect Oasis values in planning and delivery

Responsibilities

• Run the ready-made transition youth group for year 6 and 7.
• Develop and run clubs/activities for older youths.
• Respond to young people to shape new youth work areas.
• Support staff and volunteers, write reports and collate data.
