Job summary

Oasis Hub East Southampton is seeking a sessional youth worker to join our team. We offer flexible hours across the week, with sessions in youth clubs, detached work and mentoring in Oasis Academies Sholing and Mayfield.

You’ll be supported by a thriving team dedicated to supporting families and young people in our community. The role requires experience with young people, the ability to build lasting relationships, and the capacity to work in partnership with academies and other youth

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people either as a volunteer or professionally.
• Ability to build long lasting, positive relationships with young people.
• Ability to work in partnership with academies and other youth providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver youth club sessions and detached provision across East Southampton.
• Deliver mentoring programmes in Oasis Academies Sholing and Mayfield.
• Work evenings and weekends delivering activities and youth work as required.
