Job summary

Christexaltedchurch is seeking an enthusiastic Youth Minister Teacher to support the Christian development of children, teenagers and young adults within our church. The role combines biblical teaching, discipleship, mentoring and youth ministry leadership to help young people understand Scripture, develop their faith and apply Christian principles to daily life.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth ministry or related role.
• Good knowledge of the Bible and ability to teach across age groups.
• Strong communication, teaching, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage, encourage and mentor young people effectively.
• Patience, compassion, maturity, and responsibility.
• Ability to work with parents, volunteers and church leadership.
• Desirable: ministry/theology or youth-work training.
• Willingness to comply with safeguarding requirements and church policies.

Responsibilities
