Job summary
Priory’s Lighthouse residential home in Stroud seeks a Support worker with an NVQ2 in Health & Social Care to join a compassionate team. You will supervise young people aged 13–18 with complex mental health needs, assisting with daily living, educational activities, and therapeutic routines.
We offer on-site parking, training and development, and a range of benefits. A full driving licence is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent or higher recognised qualification.
- GCSE or NVQ2 in English and Maths.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support educational needs and participate in activities.
- Complete daily notes and update care plans.
