Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Youth Worker within the Link Project to support children and families, deliver assessments, and ensure their voices are central to decision-making. Qualifications

• Qualification level required – NVQ Level 3 or above, AND significant experience of working with children and families.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the complex needs of children and families in youth justice, including development, trauma, and ACEs.
• Evidence of capturing the voice of the child and family in assessments and case records.
