Job summary

Bradford Children and Families Trust in Bradford is seeking a Youth Justice Practitioner to work with children up to age 18 at risk of contact with police or courts. You will hold and manage a caseload, complete holistic assessments, and co-create high quality plans to keep communities safe.

The role requires Level 2 GCSEs in Maths and English and a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field. You will join a supportive team with access to professional development and generous leave and pension

• Experience of working with children age 10+ with challenging attitudes or transferable skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload, meet deadlines and timescales.
• Experience in assessments of risk of harm and safety/well-being.
