Job summary

Right There is seeking a Service Manager for Supported Accommodation in Ayr, Scotland. You will lead a team to deliver a safe, person-centred service for young people experiencing homelessness, guiding staff supervision, case planning and performance reporting.

You will work with local authorities, housing and social care partners to ensure high-quality outcomes while managing budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications

• SVQ 3 in Social Services and Health Care at SCQF Level 7 or HNC in Social Services is required.
• Leadership and management qualification at SCQF Level 9 or 10 is required or to be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Lead with care and confidence, coaching and guiding the team through supervision and appraisals.
• Keep people at the centre with person-centred support planning and strengths-based practices.
• Deliver a high-quality service by overseeing programme delivery, quality assurance and reporting.
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities, housing services, commissioners and community partners.
• Manage resources by helping set and monitor budgets and using data for decisions.
• Support growth through annual planning, policy development and continuous learning.
• Promote a safe and inclusive culture where staff and service users feel respected.
