Job summary

Jigsaw Homes Group is seeking a Young Persons’ Keyworker for its SHAP programme across Tameside and Oldham. You will support 18–25-year-old care leavers in our accommodation services, carrying a small caseload and delivering person-centered wrap-around support to help tenants sustain tenancies and progress to permanent homes.

You will address barriers such as substance use, mental and physical health challenges, debt, and other issues, working 8am–8pm with shifts including weekends and bank

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload and offer person-centered, wrap-around support to address barriers to tenancy sustainment and move on to permanent accommodation.
• Address barriers such as substance use, mental and physical health difficulties, offending, domestic abuse, debt and money management issues.
• Work shifts to cover services from 8am–8pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
