Job summary

Haven is seeking a Youth Employment Development Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Hemel Hempstead. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) with regular travel to Haven parks.

You will design and scale programmes to meet the Youth Guarantee, remove barriers and prepare young people aged 16–24 for work. You’ll build partnerships with government and education providers, and coach teams to recruit and develop talent.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering youth employability programmes at scale.
• Deep knowledge of youth employment landscape and Youth Guarantee.
• Track record building partnerships with government, education and community sectors.
• Experience navigating multi-site organisations and translating policy into practical management.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver youth employability programmes across Haven locations.
• Build and sustain partnerships with government, local authorities, education providers and community organisations.
• Support young people into work with wraparound services to overcome barriers.
• Coach managers on recruiting and developing young people, enabling Haven to thrive.
