Job summary

Shaw Trust seeks a dedicated professional to support young people aged 16–24 not in education, employment or training (NEET) across West London. You will build supportive relationships, assess needs, and create tailored plans that reflect each learner's goals and circumstances.

Through employability activities, mentoring and personalised interventions, you will empower participants to build confidence, skills and readiness for the next step.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting NEET youths (16–24) to secure employment or education.
• Ability to assess needs and develop tailored support plans.
• Strong mentoring and relationship-building skills with diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with young people aged 16–24 across West London.
• Assess individual needs and create tailored action plans aligned to goals.
• Deliver employability activities, mentoring and role model engagement.
• Provide ongoing guidance, review progress and motivate participants toward outcomes.
