Job summary

Morgan Hunt is partnering with a West London college to recruit an Employability Coach to support 16-19 learners, helping them navigate the job market and secure work experience.

The role offers flexible hours (full-time or part-time), a competitive hourly rate, and the chance to make a tangible impact in an energetic FE environment.

Start ASAP on a temporary ongoing basis with potential for extension; DBS update service preferred.

Qualifications

• L3 IAG qualification is required.
• Experience as an employability coach or similar is essential.
• Experience within FE colleges or secondary school environments is preferred.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply is required.

Responsibilities

• Support 16-19 learners with job market guidance and employability skills.
• Liaise with local businesses and employers to secure work experience placements.
• Conduct 1:1 and small-group coaching to develop learners' skills, knowledge and confidence.
• Contribute to a friendly, supportive learning environment with strong resources.

Employability Coach - West London

Temp - Ongoing | Full-time or Part-time | Start ASAP

We're working with a welcoming college in West London who are looking for a dedicated Employability Coach to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, starting immediately.

You'll be supporting 16-19-year-old learners with your expertise in the job market, liaising with local businesses and employers to secure them work experience placements and working with students 1:1 and in small groups to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence. The college offers a friendly, supportive environment with excellent resources and a strong focus on student success.
