Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms.

You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and report safeguarding concerns, working with families, professionals and regional teams to create meaningful learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Must hold QTS and knowledge of teaching STEM.
• Experience of PDA.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
