Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is recruiting compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support for young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in a community-based setting beyond traditional classrooms. The role focuses on delivering tailored intervention sessions and building trust with learners.

You will monitor progress, report safeguarding concerns, and work with families and professionals to ensure safe, meaningful learning experiences for our students.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
