Qualifications

• First Aid, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Data Protection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a supportive environment for young people, actively encouraging their holistic development and positive self-image.
• Actively helping young people work towards their individual goals.
• Preparing activities explicitly tailored for youth centre users.
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the facility when required.
• Ensure best practices for First Aid, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Data Protection procedures.
• Actively seek opportunities for networking and outreach with partners and young people in the community.
• Utilize monitoring and evaluation systems to record and track attendance and contact information.
• Develop positive relationships with the team and wider YMCA group.
• Plan and evaluate youth activities focusing on key learning areas.
