Job summary

Sheffield Young Carers is seeking a highly motivated Young People's Assistant Project Worker to support young carers and families across the city. The role involves assisting in planning and facilitating groups for ages 8-25 and handling essential administrative tasks to enable service delivery.

The position is offered on a permanent contract with flexible hours (35 or 28 per week), including regular evenings and occasional weekends or residential work, with DBS clearance required before start.
