Job summary

Watford Football Club's Academy is seeking a Casual Physical Performance Coach to join a forward-thinking performance team. You will provide strength and conditioning assistance at training sessions for academy players aged 6 to 16.

You will be required to attend evening sessions and may need to travel between training locations. Regular CPD events will also be part of the role to support ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strength and conditioning support at training sessions for academy players aged 6–16.
• Attend evening sessions and travel to various training locations as required.
• Participate in regular CPD events to develop coaching practice.
