Job summary

Depaul UK is opening a new service in North London to support young people facing homelessness and related challenges. We are recruiting Young People Support Workers and Senior Young People Support Workers, with opportunities in other London locations.

You will provide person-centred support, build trusted relationships, assess needs and work with partner agencies to help young people achieve greater independence. Roles suit diverse experience and offer progression into senior positions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people, including those facing homelessness or housing insecurity.
• Ability to build supportive relationships and assess risks.
• Commitment to person-centred approaches and equality.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with young people and tailor support plans.
• Manage caseloads and coordinate with partner agencies.
• Assess strengths and risks to support independence.
• Develop and monitor individual goals and living skills.
• Support progression towards stable housing and education opportunities.
