Young People Leaving Care Outreach Support Worker.
Outreach – hours are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a temporary to permanent position. If you are subscribed to the update service and have a short notice period, a quick start is possible through a temp-to-perm placement. Ideally, you will start quickly and work 12 weeks temporarily, transitioning to a permanent salary afterwards.
Salary when permanent is £27,000-£29,000 depending on experience and Level 3 qualification.

Requirements include experience supporting young people and their families, a full UK driving license with business insurance, and preferably experience with property inspections, supporting independence skills, and managing diaries in collaboration with staff.

Essential qualifications include experience working within a similar setting and preferably NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce or a similar qualification.
