Job summary

EXOS in Greater London is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes across all fitness levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment for every participant.

You will develop tailored routines, provide modifications, foster an inclusive and energetic atmosphere, and stay current with trends in group exercise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained/licensed for those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire groups.
• Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle.
