Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC in London is seeking an energetic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging yoga and fitness classes for all levels. You will create fun, safe workouts and provide modifications to participants, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Role requires at least 1 year of group class leadership, current nationally accredited certification, and CPR/AED. First Aid preferred; trainers of branded formats must be trained/licensed accordingly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification required (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Current CPR/AED certification mandatory; First Aid certification strongly preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must be trained/licensed to teach those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
