Job summary

Premier Inn Yeovil Town Centre is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay. You’ll cover breakfast and dinner service, work as part of a supportive hotel team, and contribute to a smooth kitchen operation.

This role offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours for 24 hours a week, with evenings and weekends included. No hotel experience is required—training is provided and you’ll quickly learn the ropes.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team and stay calm during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
