Coombe Dean School is seeking a Year Team Leader to support students and families, helping them engage in school life so that young people can make great progress academically, socially and emotionally.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with pupils, families and other professionals, provide high quality, well-planned pastoral support, monitor its effectiveness and contribute to a safe, supportive environment for all.
