Job summary

Woolmer Hill School in Farnborough is seeking a caring and dedicated Year R / KS1 Learning Support Assistant and Lunchtime Supervisor. You will provide calm, nurturing support to help children access learning and reach their individual targets, with a focus on pupils with SEND.

Working as part of a supportive staff team, you will collaborate with the class teacher, SENDCo and external professionals, deliver interventions, and build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Ability to work with individual children and small groups.
