Year 1 Teacher – Full-Time
Location: Scarborough
Daily Rate: £120–£160 (depending on experience)
A well-regarded primary school in the heart of Scarborough is seeking an engaging and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join its Key Stage 1 team. The school is known locally for its calm, focused learning environment and high expectations, paired with a genuinely nurturing and inclusive culture.
You’ll be stepping into a settled Year 1 class with strong routines, excellent behaviour, and a real appetite for learning. The curriculum is well structured, with planning support already in place, giving you the space to focus on quality teaching and making an impact quickly.
This is a full-time position, ideally suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, values strong pastoral care, and understands how to guide children through the all-important transition from Reception into more formal learning.
