Flourish Education are seeking a confident Year 6 Teacher to join a primary school in the Winson Green area. The role runs from October half term to the end of the academic year, with full class responsibility and engaging lessons aligned to the National Curriculum.

Experience in KS2 and Year 6, strong behaviour management, and QTS are required. The position offers a daily rate between £168.80 and £232.57, plus holiday accrual, pension contributions, safeguarding training, and a refer-a-friend

Job description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Year 6 Teacher to join a Primary School in the Winson Green area. This is a full-time Year 6 Class Teacher role starting from October half term and continuing until the end of the academic year.

The school is seeking a confident Primary Teacher to take full class responsibility, including planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the expectations of the National Curriculum. This role is ideal for an experienced Primary Teacher with strong behaviour management and a good understanding of Year 6.

The required skills and experience for this Year 6 Teacher role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience as a Primary Teacher or KS2 Class Teacher
• Experience teaching Year 6
• Full class teaching experience and confidence taking responsibility for a class
• Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Confident teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
