Job summary

Justteachers Ltd is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a Year 6 team at a Shipley Primary. This is a full-time role starting September 2026 and running until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will work in a two-form entry school that is inclusive and welcoming to all, with opportunities to deliver targeted interventions and support pupils with additional needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with KS2 pupils, ideally Year 6.
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for education and child development.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Two school-based references.
