Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are supporting a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough to recruit a Year 6 Teacher for a full-time role from October half term or earlier. You should hold QTS and have KS2/Year 6 experience, with a strong grasp of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS.
• Experience teaching KS2, ideally Year 6.
• Strong knowledge of Year 6 curriculum.
• Experience delivering SATs preparation and/or booster sessions advisable.
• Ability to engage and motivate pupils of all abilities.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
• Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Available to start from October half term or earlier.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Year 6 lessons aligned with KS2 curriculum.
• Support pupils with SATs preparation and booster sessions.
