Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a mixed-ability Year 5 class.
• Deliver well-structured lessons that provide both support and challenge.
• Develop reading comprehension, writing accuracy and vocabulary.
• Develop fluency, reasoning and problem-solving skills in Mathematics.
• Track progress and use data to identify intervention priorities.
• Establish consistent routines and high expectations.
• Work closely with parallel Year 5 teachers and support staff.
