Job description

We are recruiting for a Year 5 Class Teacher to join a GOOD-rated Primary School in Nuneaton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Primary Teacher with strong behaviour management skills to make a real difference in a supportive and welcoming school.

The role is full-time and offers the chance to work within a school that values development and excellence in education. This role is due to start in January and continue until the end of the academic year.

This Year 5 Class Teacher Role:

  1. Delivering the National Curriculum to a high standard in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  2. Full class responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and marking.
  3. Maintaining excellent behaviour management strategies to support learning.
  4. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching.
  5. Monitoring and assessing student progress to meet educational targets.
  6. Contributing to the vibrant school community and upholding its values.

Required Skills and experience for this Year 5 Class Teacher Role:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  2. Proven experience as a Primary Teacher in a Primary School setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience teaching KS2.
  4. Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  5. Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.

Working as a Year 5 Class Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:

  1. £163.30 - £223.62 per day, equating to £30,030 to £41,145 per annum based on working five days a week for a full school year.
